The Asian Studies Student Forum is held to showcase our students’ independent research ability. They present findings drawn from primary data collected through outreaching to overseas Asian communities/ local ethnic Asians (other than Chinese). Themes of research projects conducted include, inter alia, Asian Art, Heritage and Museum, Asian Cultures and Societies, Disaster and Crisis Management in Asia, Sex Education in Asia, Political Emotions and Social Justice in Asia, and Scientific Development and Social Changes in Asia.
